Same-day appointments are often available but are never shown on the online calendar. Please call or text to check availability.

Office Location

The Shop is a private, stand alone building. Forprivacy and security, my physical office address is provided after your appointment has been confirmed.

FSA & HSA Accepted

FSA and HSA cards are accepted for eligible services.

Insurance Reimbursement

While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide my NPI number and appropriate documentation for clients seeking possible insurance reimbursement.
